Learning the core content in the classroom takes time away from application. So we've moved the core learning into 7 hours of professionally recorded videos, delivered by our founder Andy Shambrook, exactly how he does it in the room. And with lifetime access the learning extends long beyond the training.
Live Zoom workshops apply the core learning to your situation with tailored exercises and case-studies. And we chunk our workshops down into 7 x 2 hour Zoom sessions over 7 or 14 weeks. This makes it really easy for people to learn the new concepts, because each workshop focusses on just a few key messages.
One of the biggest benefits of our new approach is more opportunities to apply the learning between each module. People learn the content and then can immediately apply in real-life. Then at the next workshop they get to present back how it went and get tips to improve.
Everyone is super busy, and taking a day or even half day out of the office can be tough. Our workshops are 2 hours, making it much easier to fit into a busy schedule.
Each 2 hour live Zoom workshop includes 3 group exercises. People discuss a structured, tailored scenario - but more importantly present back their solution to the problem.
Organising online programmes is so much quicker, easier and more cost effective than face-to-face. We often start programmes 1 week after agreeing the details.
We still offer in-person, we just recommend you include it for team-building and business simulations, alongside videos and Zoom workshops. Some of our clients are planning 1/2 day in-person sessions to open and close their programmes, with online in between.
