Even where face to face is back, we'll encourage you to go for videos and live virtual workshops for the core of your programme and to add in face to face for business simulations, It just works better!
The last thing most people want is a full day or even half day online training session. So we chunk ours down into 7 x 2 hour sessions over 7 or 14 weeks. This makes it really easy for people to learn the new concepts, because each workshop focusses on just a few key messages.

The videos are our standard, proven and universal approach to FBP. In the live workshops we apply the learning to your situation in group exercises, and give you plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
We use Zoom simply because the breakout rooms let us recreate almost all aspects of face-to-face. And we keep class sizes small so everyone can contribute.
Each 2 hour workshop is divided into 3 sub-topics. Each sub-topic then follows a set pattern:
> a maximum 10 minute presentation from the host setting the scene - this is not death by powerpoint online!
> a 20 minute tailored case-study/exercise to apply the learning in small group breakouts to get people talking, thinking and applying
> 10 minutes of group presentations back and feedback/coaching from your host
