We use market-leading virtual classroom software that lets us recreate almost all aspects of face-to-face training. And we keep class sizes small so everyone can contribute.
We'll take you through group exercises in virtual breakout rooms where you'll work with others and present back your ideas.
Plus you'll watch video snippets, take live quizzes, and we finish with a Q&A session.

We like to keep the class sizes small so that everyone can fit on 1 screen. Why? So everyone feels connected, and as facilitators we can talk directly to individuals and make sure everyone is involved and engaged.
The tech includes a virtual whiteboard to draw up models, emphasis important points, and provide the focal point of the workshop. Your facilitator and you can use the whiteboard. Plus you can take your own notes.
We'll split into teams of 3 for virtual breakout rooms. Each team member can see and hear each other and has their own virtual whiteboard to collaborate. Then each team share back to the group. About 50% of the workshop will be group work.
The virtual workshop tech lets us recreate most of the face-to-face training experience.
The 1 thing missing is genuine 1:1 time. In a face-to-face programme delegates always have specific questions and challenges that we cover in breaks, after sessions, and on calls.

Bootcamp is video lessons only, so easy to deploy. It's great if budgets and time is tight.
Masterclass adds 14 live virtual workshops for a much more interactive learning experience.
Influencer adds 1:1 Skype coaching to take the behavioural change to the next level.
Lasts for 14 weeks and we start a new cohort every month. Perfect for individuals or whole teams, with multiple chances to catch each virtual classroom, in all time zones.
Run our standard public programme in-house or we can design a fully tailored in-house programme, including branded videos, private virtual classroom, and bespoke exercises.
This is our most popular option for teams around 100 people. The train the trainer is quite light-weight and is easy for people to take on around their day job.
Part 1 is the content immersion (by attending our standard public programme or running an in-house immersion programme)
Part 2 is a fast-track TtT workshop showing you how to design interactive exercises and case-studies and how to use the virtual classroom tech, with lots of practice for real!

This option works really well if you have a large population to train. It is much more involved because we'll be training your people to run a entire training programme.
